TRANSPORTATION: ORGANIZE ANY AS NEEDED OVER THE WEDDING WEEKEND. CREATE TRANSPORTATION ITINERARIES AND MANAGE PICKUPS AND DROP OFFS FROM AIRPORTS, HOTELS OR TO WEDDING VENUE(S) AND BACK
Rentals: Coordination of all rentals (linens, chairs, dance floor, draping, tables, flatware, glassware, china, lighting, etc.)
Creative consultation, conception, creative brief & creation of a mood board for your overall aesthetic (to be sent and discussed thoroughly with all design suppliers ensuring your concept is executed to your wedding vision)
Coordination of all design elements to include:
· Overall style aesthetic and color palette
· Table designs
· Stationery: assist with stationery selection, design and wording for YOUR day-of stationery elements (i.e. menu, table plan, signage, CEREMONY PROGRAMS)
· Floral design: assist with ensuring the florist knows the aesthetic and style of your wedding, guiding them in the style of flowers that would best compliment your aesthetic
· Ceremony, drinks reception, and dinner reception detail styling
· Lighting: Coordination of lighting design to compliment event decor (as needed)
· Prop and Details Sourcing (centerpiece items, bespoke decor pieces, linens, chairs, rentals, etc.)
Confirmations, communication, logistical management and finalizations with design suppliers involved throughout the planning process

RESEARCH, SOURCING, CONFIRMATIONS, NEGOTIATIONS AND LOGISTICAL MANAGEMENT OF ALL SUPPLIERS INVOLVED IN THE WEDDING - I.E. VENUES, CATERING, OFFICIANT, RENTALS, FLORIST, STATIONERY, HAIR, MAKEUP, ENTERTAINMENT, PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, TRANSPORTATION, CAKE DESIGNER, GUEST ACTIVITIES, ETC
weekend coordination includes: Delivery and set up of any stationery materials, delivery and set up of personal items (photo albums, guest books, etc), oversee ceremony processional/recessional, coordination with musicians to ensure seamless ceremony, coordination of toasts with musicians
and caterer, handling of logistical details throughout rehearsal and wedding day, handling of any cash payments and gratuities
Unlimited phone calls and emails with Alise Taggart (as reasonably needed)
Wedding weekend installation, event design & styling, management of suppliers throughout the weekend
Creation of a wedding day schedule and timeline, provided to all vendors 3 weeks prior to your wedding
ASSISTANCE WITH BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Support and advice throughout the planning process to ensure you have all you need to have the incredible wedding of your dreams
Catering: Advise on menu, provide caterer with final numbers and supplier meals needed
ACCOMMODATION: ASSIST WITH SECURING AND MANAGING ANY EXTERNAL HOTEL ROOMs OR BNBS
10 planning & design meetings via phone, in person venue site visit
Entertainment: Coordination of ceremony, drinks reception and dinner, handle entertainment timeline with toasts, any entrances
WELCOME GIFT SOURCING, PURCHASING, ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY (COST OF ITEMS EXCLUDED)
PLANNING, DESIGN, AND/OR COORDINATION OF WELCOME / rehearsal event and day 2 event
WEDDING WEEKEND DETAIL AND EDITORIAL STYLING WITH PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER (DRESSES, SHOES, JEWELRY, STATIONERY, FLOWERS, TABLESCAPES, CAKE AND FOCAL POINTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, ETC)

If you'd like to work together, I require the signature of a contract and 50% deposit which secures your date and my services. The remaining balance is due in payment installments which will be listed out in the contract.
